Can Lone Star coordinate directly with my client?
Yes. After you make the introduction, our client-care team can work directly with the homeowner on scope, pricing, scheduling and service details so you do not have to manage the cleaning.
Can I purchase a cleaning as a closing gift?
Yes. Tell us what you have in mind and we can help you select an appropriate service and coordinate the timing with the client.
Do Realtor Partners receive emergency or same-day service?
Partners receive priority scheduling consideration, but availability still depends on the date, location, scope and team capacity. We will never promise a time we cannot responsibly service.
