What is not standard post-construction cleaning
Major debris hauling, active construction zones, hazardous-material cleanup, mold remediation, specialty restoration, heavy paint or adhesive removal, floor refinishing, exterior pressure washing, and unsafe high-access work are not automatically included. These conditions may require a separate contractor, additional scope review, or an on-site walkthrough.
Post-Construction Reservation & Payment Policy
Post-construction projects reserve larger crew blocks and specialized cleaning resources. After the project scope and final estimate are approved, a 40% reservation deposit, subject to a $500 minimum deposit, and a valid credit card on file are required to confirm the appointment.
- The reservation deposit is credited toward the approved post-construction service total.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion unless Lone Star Spotless Cleaners approves different payment terms in writing.
- For unusually large, heavy, high-complexity, or manual-review projects, Lone Star Spotless Cleaners may require up to 50% upfront before confirming the crew and service date. Any higher deposit requirement will be disclosed before booking.
- Approved builders, contractors, property managers, or other recurring commercial accounts may be offered different written invoicing or payment terms.

Light removable residue may be included when approved, but aggressive scraping or chemical removal can damage finishes and may require specialty restoration.
