- Move-in and move-out service assumes the property is empty or substantially empty unless otherwise approved.
- High surfaces are limited to safe reach using approved equipment; exterior and specialty high-access work is not included.
- Heavy buildup, permanent stains, damage, mold, pests, biohazards, hoarding conditions, and restoration work require review and may be declined.
- Inside oven, refrigerator, cabinets, drawers, closets, blinds, baseboards, and interior windows should be selected during quoting when needed.
